How long will I wait for my order?
Delivery times depend on your region. Processing and delivery of orders within Ukraine typically takes 5–7 business days. International delivery may take from 7 to 16 business days. Can I order a custom fitting?
Yes, we provide a custom tailoring service to create a perfect fit based on your measurements. Please contact our customer service or book an appointment at our premises to discuss the details and production time for the item.
Exchanges and returns
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that its marketable appearance, all original tags, labels, and packaging are preserved. Items made to individual specifications are not subject to exchange or return. To arrange a return, please contact us.
