How to take measurements

Bust

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should pass under your arms, across your shoulder blades, and return to the front of your body. Do not pull it too tightly.

Underbust

Measure directly under your bust, around the ribcage, where the lower band of a bra usually sits.

Waist

Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist. This is usually above the navel and below the ribs. Keep the tape flat without pulling it tight.
